When can I expect my order?

  • Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order.
  • After that it generally takes another 2-3 business days for shipping.
  • Tracking information will be sent via email when your order ships from our North Carolina Fulfillment facility.

Why Have I Not Received My Order, yet I received confirmation that it was delivered?

  • A carrier may scan the package as "Delivered" when it is out for delivery and you may receive the delivery on the next business day. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or your mail room and receiving department if shipped to a business.
  • Make sure to check areas such as a porch, garage, or even behind bushes. Please check with neighbors or household members as they may have received the package on your behalf.
  • If you do not receive the package within the next 2-3 business days, please let us know so we can work on a solution.

My shipping address was entered incorrectly, how do I fix it?

  • Please email us as soon as possible at Support@mtjmerchandising.com

  • Provide your name, order number and the correct mailing address. We will update it in our system if it has not already left our facility.

What is your return / refund policy?

  • We want you to love all the Tabernacle's merchandise, but if you’re dissatisfied for any reason, we want to make it right. Please visit the Returns and Refunds page. Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship to the following countries: USA, Canada, and Mexico.

  • If you are from a country that is not listed, contact us and we will add it to our shipping zone.
